Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Comsense Holdings Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with experience in managing staff and assigning duties. They will also be responsible for studying market research and trends to determine consumer demand and developing effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of sales staff and assign duties to ensure optimal performance
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Locate and select merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products and competitive pricing
- Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure profitability
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, conducting regular performance reviews
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales management or a related field
- Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package
- English language proficiency
- 35 to 40 hours of work per week
