Job Title: Program Director for School Age Children

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Program Director for school age children. This role will involve providing care to 15 school age children from 2-5:30 pm, including picking them up from local schools and buses.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and wants to make a positive impact in their lives. As a Program Director, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment that promotes learning and development.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide care and support to 15 school age children from 2-5:30 pm, including picking them up from local schools and buses
  • To create a safe and engaging environment that promotes learning and development
  • To work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the program

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of Level 1 ECE qualification
  • Experience working with school age children, preferably in a similar setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
