Lead Program Coordinator: Nurturing Care

The Early Childhood Development Association of PEI is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Handle with Care program. As a Lead Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and coordination of this critical initiative.
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a dedicated individual to work closely with our staff, community partners, and stakeholders to ensure the success of the Handle with Care program. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in program management and development.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Handle with Care program
* Coordinate with staff, community partners, and stakeholders to achieve program goals
* Develop and implement program strategies to increase engagement and participation
* Manage program budgets and resources
* Analyze data and metrics to inform program decisions
* Collaborate with the ECDA team to develop and implement new programs and initiatives
**Requirements:**
* A Diploma/Degree relating to working with children and families
* A minimum of 3 years working with children and families
* Valid Drivers' license
* Clear Criminal Record check
* Project Management experience
* Handle with Care Facilitation (an asset)
**Salary and Benefits:**
The hourly wage range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and education. This is a full-time contract position, commencing August 2024 until March 31, 2025, with possible extension. Benefits include health and dental coverage at 100% by the ECDA, professional development opportunities, two weeks' vacation, five personal days, and ten sick days.
