We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Teeter Tots Early Learning Center.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. This role also involves leading activities, encouraging creativity, and guiding children in their daily routines.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the overall development of children
  • Lead activities such as storytelling, teaching songs, and exploring local points of interest
  • Encourage children to express their creativity through various mediums
  • Guide children in developing good habits, such as eating, dressing, and using the restroom
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral issues and report findings to parents, guardians, or supervisors
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with coworkers and community service providers
  • Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
Credentials

A minimum of an Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate is required, along with a First Aid Certificate.

Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
