Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, leading a team of retail staff, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail management experience.
