About the Role

Canada Inc. is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of store staff, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and duties.
  • Assign sales workers to various duties, promoting effective team collaboration and productivity.
  • Hire, train, or arrange for training of new staff members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Authorize payments by cheque, maintaining financial accuracy and responsibility.
  • Order merchandise, optimizing inventory levels and minimizing stockouts.
  • Approve return of merchandise, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Create and manage work schedules, balancing employee needs with business requirements.
  • Sell merchandise, leveraging sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Work Environment
  • Manage a team of 5-10 employees.
  • Permanent full-time position.
  • Work language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
