Job Overview

This permanent position involves ensuring the safety and security of clients' premises, preventing and detecting shoplifting and theft in retail establishments. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing reports, patrolling assigned areas, and maintaining a high level of awareness and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of clients' premises;
  • Prevent and detect shoplifting and theft in retail establishments;
  • Produce reports on any incidents or issues encountered during patrols;
  • Work closely with colleagues to maintain a high level of awareness and attention to detail.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • Excellent oral communication skills;
  • Judgement and reliability;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and walk while performing duties.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, often outdoors, and will be expected to wear a uniform provided by the company. A combination of sitting, standing, and walking is involved in this role.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, paid bi-weekly, and a range of benefits including access to public transportation, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career advancement.
