**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at S I Systems. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting process improvements through the use of technology.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide business analysis expertise to support process improvements and technology implementation
  • Develop and maintain business requirements and functional specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Analyze business needs and develop solutions to improve business processes
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure understanding of business requirements

**Requirements**

  • 10+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
  • Experience in one or more of the following: Gaming, Supply Chain, or Retail Industry
  • Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL (including service design and service level management)
  • Business Process Re-engineering or process analysis experience
  • Articulate both functional and non-functional requirements (including availability, reliability, maintainability, security, service level requirements, etc.)

**Nice to Have**

  • University degree in Business or Computer Science
  • Business analysis certification such as IIBA CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
