Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Develop and implement new recipes to enhance our menu offerings and stay ahead of culinary trends.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to prepare and present high-quality dishes.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to plan menus and ensure that all dishes meet our quality standards.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked and organized kitchen.
- Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods to meet the needs of our customers.
- Ensure that all food is handled, prepared, and presented in a safe and sanitary manner.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
