Pediatric Emergency Nursing at William Osler Health System

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Emergency team at William Osler Health System. As a Pediatric Emergency Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to children and families in a fast-paced emergency department environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and provide care to children and families in the emergency department
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interprofessional healthcare team to provide comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and well-being
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
  • Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Advanced clinical skills with recent experience in pediatric emergency nursing
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interprofessional team
