We're seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to contribute to the success of Banff Hospitality Collective. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including supervising employees, managing inventory, and optimizing profits. Your goal will be to ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience that aligns with our company values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all areas of the venue, making decisions quickly and efficiently
  • Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial and personnel-related administrative duties
  • Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
  • Maintain professional restaurant image, including cleanliness, uniforms, and appearance standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work with various technology systems and troubleshoot issues
  • Collaborative working style and team focus
  • Flexible schedule required
  • ProServe certification
