Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Manager to join our team at Scott 72 Liquor Store. As a Liquor Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team and overseeing the daily operations of the store.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and make strategic decisions to drive business growth.
- Market Research: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the store's financial health.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, conduct performance reviews, and oversee payroll administration.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Accessibility: Provides physical accessibility accommodations, visual accessibility accommodations, and auditory accessibility accommodations.
- Disability Support: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports persons with disabilities.
- Newcomer and Refugee Support: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
