Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hospitality Support Staff to join our team at Beavertails.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 40 hours per week. As a Hospitality Support Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our kitchen and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a high level of hygiene and organization.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and place them in storage areas.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand as needed.
  • Keep records of food quantities used to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Package take-out food and portion and wrap foods for customers.
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Take customers' orders and provide excellent customer service.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Handle and store cleaning products safely and efficiently.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to keep the area spotless.

Requirements
