Job Description

As Executive Restaurant Director, you will be responsible for allocating resources, coordinating work, establishing objectives, and representing the organization. Your duties will include:

  • Authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions;
  • Selecting middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions;

You will work closely with our team to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, providing exceptional service to our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A College/CEGEP degree;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions;
