Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at T & D Investments Corp. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask with ease.
Key Responsibilities:- Seminar and Conference Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.
- Minute Taking and Documentation: Accurately record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to maintain a comprehensive record of discussions and decisions.
- Office Procedure Development: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Scheduling and Confirmation: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to minimize delays and maximize productivity.
- Communication and Enquiries: Respond to telephone calls, electronic enquiries, and messages in a professional and timely manner.
- Data Compilation and Analysis: Compile data, statistics, and other information to provide valuable insights and support decision-making.
- Supply Management and Inventory: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
- Customer Service and Greeting: Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas to provide exceptional customer service.
- Information Filing Systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient data retrieval.
- Correspondence and Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure error-free production.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our company offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
