About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Pastry Chef to join our team at Club Med Quebec Charlevoix. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious bakery preparations that exceed our guests' expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu plans to offer a variety of special breads and pastries at the buffet.
- Participate in the production of bakery preparations, ensuring high-quality standards and attention to detail.
- Set up, enhance, and replenish the buffets as necessary, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow and comply with Club Med health and safety rules and the maintenance of the assets.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in the field of baking and pastry arts.
- Fluent French and English language skills, with knowledge of another foreign language a plus.
- Diploma in the relevant field preferred.
