Tilesetters Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tilesetters Supervisor to join our team at Canada Inc. in a permanent position.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of tilesetters and ensuring the successful completion of construction projects. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of tilesetters and ensure the successful completion of construction projects
- Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
- Oversee the preparation of production and other reports
- Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
- Train or arrange for training
- Set up machines and equipment
- Estimate costs and materials
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Recommend personnel actions
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work outdoors and at heights
- Ability to work in a noisy environment
- Ability to work in a dusty environment
