Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive business analysis services to clients with diverse business and technological needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their requirements through gathering, documenting, and analyzing business needs and requirements.
  • Translate business and data requirements into specifications sufficient for designing appropriate technology solutions.
  • Experience with a wide range of methods, tools, techniques, programming languages, and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Experience in integration of commercially available API design and implementation.
  • Experience with Spring Framework, IBM WebSphere Application Server 8.x, JSP, React.
  • Database experience, including Oracle and Open Source DB.
  • Hands-on experience with CSS, responsive development, and HTML5.
  • Deep understanding and experience with methods and principles coding for mobile devices.
  • Experience developing performance measures for business analysis evaluation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Driver and Vehicle ServiceOntario portal services.
  • Exposure to Architectural documents for ACT and ARB.
  • Experience with Canada Post module and Payment Gateways.
