Restaurant Manager Job Description

Buster's Pizza and Donair is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to optimize restaurant profitability
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with inventory management and supply chain optimization
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and protocols
