Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Legends Cafe & Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budgets and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required, and provide regular updates to management on key performance indicators.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
