Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Legends Cafe & Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budgets, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Our cafe operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
