About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to support our Store Managers in overseeing the daily operations of our retail arm. This role involves ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, particularly when the Store Manager is not on shift.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our Optometrists to deliver a superior customer experience. They will set a positive example for our store team members, who rely on their ability to resolve less complex problems.

About You

This role suits individuals with strong customer-facing experience, ideally in the retail and healthcare industries. We are looking for effective and caring leaders who are organized, able to think critically, and make informed decisions that drive business growth.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles involving sales and supervision.
  • A proven track record of building meaningful relationships with customers and delivering on-site training to junior team members.
