Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structured Cabling Specialist to join our team at Trinity Communication Services Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, terminating, and testing structured cabling systems in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and terminate CAT 5 and CAT 6 cable, ensuring high-quality connections and minimal downtime.
  • Mount face plates on surface mount boxes correctly, adhering to industry standards.
  • Design and build closets, including the installation of backboards, cross-connects, racks, patch panels, and fiber optic hardware.
  • Route cable through data centers, buildings, and workstations, ensuring efficient and safe cable management.
  • Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer requests and project requirements.
  • Perform other duties as required by the departmental manager, contributing to the growth and success of our team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record, with the ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and tools, with a strong physical presence and stamina.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
