About the Role

This is a full-time salaried position working Monday to Friday with rotating shifts from 8AM to 8PM. The salary for this role is estimated to be between $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Client Support: You will work closely with our sales partners and Group Annuity B2C team to deliver outstanding service and support to our clients.
  • Pension and Annuity Expertise: You will have extensive knowledge of group annuity and pension administration, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work collaboratively with our team members to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Bilingualism: You must be proficient in both English and French to communicate effectively with our clients and partners across Canada.
  • Education: A post-secondary education is preferred, and you should have relevant work experience in a related field.
  • Software Skills: You should have strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
