Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Manager

At The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada), we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement organization, you will play a critical role in driving business value through strategic sourcing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Manage category and supplier relationships to optimize costs and improve quality
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks related to sourcing and supply chain disruptions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement procurement policies and procedures
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in strategic sourcing and procurement best practices
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement
  • Advanced negotiation skills and experience with complex contract negotiations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business, supply chain management, or a related field
