Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at NS SONS 2 HOLDINGS INC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, including training, coaching, and evaluating their performance.
- Food Preparation and Service: Ensure that food is prepared and served to our customers in a timely and efficient manner, meeting our quality control standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and materials to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing regular reports to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality environment.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
