Job Title: Site Superintendent, Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to join our team at Northcan Construction Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Site Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Site Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient and safe site operations.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest quality standards, and that any defects or issues are promptly addressed.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, and ensure that all site staff and subcontractors comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met and that any issues are promptly resolved.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and experience with MS Office.
Working Conditions:

The Site Superintendent will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail required.
