Job Title: Groundskeeper

We are seeking a skilled Groundskeeper to join our team at Niagara National Golf and Country. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and integrity of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the grounds, including lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces, to ensure they are well-manicured and visually appealing.
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other tools.
  • Perform manual labor tasks, such as raking, collecting refuse, and removing litter and garbage.
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
