Job Title: Studio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Studio Manager to join our team at Graceland Creative Film Corp.

Job Summary

The Studio Manager will be responsible for coordinating the work of camera operators and other technical staff, supervising staff, and reviewing programs and policies to ensure conformance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the work of camera operators and other technical staff to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Supervise staff to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
  • Review programs and policies to ensure conformance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Confer with clients to identify their requirements and provide solutions.
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Coordinate and monitor budget and departmental resources to ensure effective use of company funds.
Support for Diverse Groups
  • Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disaster.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.
  • Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.
Work Environment
