We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Manager to join our team at Pacific Hospitality Inc.
Job SummaryThe Guest Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hospitality services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and leading a team of staff members.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of 5-15 staff members to provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage event planning, marketing initiatives, and cost control measures to optimize business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Provide awareness training to employees on creating a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, and Indigenous people.
- Apply inclusive hiring policies to attract diverse talent and promote a culture of diversity and inclusion.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
