We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Manager to join our team at Pacific Hospitality Inc.
Job SummaryThe Guest Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our guest services department, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and leading a team of staff members.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of 5-15 staff members to provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Participate in marketing initiatives to promote our services and products.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to optimize our services and products.
- Plan, organize, and direct daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- 1-2 years of experience in a guest services or hospitality management role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
- Applies accessible and inclusive recruitment policies that accommodate persons with disabilities.
- Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster.
- Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
- Recruits Veterans and other candidates with military experience through targeted hiring initiatives.
- Facilitates access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers.
- Applies hiring policies that discourage age discrimination.
- Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.
This is a permanent position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The language of work is English.
