Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and escalate high-priority accounts to ensure timely collections and minimize bad debt.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including terms, billing requirements, and payment history.
- Contribute to month-end financial close processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy of departmental tasks.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity in financial operations.
- Support reporting and analytics efforts, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
- Process customer credit card payments and manage related transactions.
- Collaborate with the AR and Accounting teams on various projects and initiatives.
- Make outbound calls to customers, with a focus on effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and directives from management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of financial principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
