Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinic Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Community IV Program (Home Care) and contribute to a respectful work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a receptionist for clients and service providers, managing appointments and schedules in Accuro.
  • Participate in client care functions, maintain client charts and databases, and manage medication and supply inventories.
  • Perform a variety of clerical support functions, including data entry, email management, and mail distribution.
  • Maintain site organization and environmental controls, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years related healthcare experience.
  • Data entry experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Saving Certificate and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training preferred.
Working Conditions

This is a term position, and the successful candidate will be required to undergo a satisfactory Criminal Records Check, Child Abuse Registry Check, and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment.
