Plumbing Specialist

At EllisDon, we're committed to excellence in all aspects of our work, including our plumbing services. As a Plumber, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures, including sinks, showers, toilets, and water coolers.
- Install, maintain, and repair chilled water, hot water, and glycol coils in air handling units, hot water heating equipment, and water treatment piping systems.
- Install, maintain, and repair patient care-related plumbing equipment and fixtures, such as sterilizers and water-cooled machinery.
- Replace washers, faucets, and broken pipes.
- Perform preventative maintenance on fire suppression sprinkler systems, lawn sprinklers, and plumbing fixtures.
- Unplug and clear drainage piping, and repair and replace fixtures and fittings.
- Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance, and safety guidelines.
- Perform other duties consistent with the job classification, as required and assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Certificate of Qualification for Plumber, ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Minimum: Must be physically able to do the job, demonstrated technical skills.
