Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Part Time Sales and Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Encore Market Engagement. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing Conagra Brands and other consumer packaged goods companies in grocery stores and mass retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by selling and building displays, placing point-of-sale material, and ensuring Plan-o-Gram compliance.
  • Merchandise products by maintaining main shelves, displays, and stock replenishment.
  • Support new product launches and ensure timely distribution.
  • Build relationships with key store personnel and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct daily calls to achieve sales objectives and gather field insights using an iPad.
