Part-Time Sales & Merchandising Specialist

At Encore Market Engagement, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Part-Time Sales & Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing Conagra Brands and other leading consumer packaged goods companies in grocery stores and mass retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales: Sell and build displays, place point-of-sale material, and ensure Plan-o-Gram compliance.
  • Merchandising: Maintain main shelf, displays, and stock replenishment.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with key store personnel through exceptional customer service.
  • Call Coverage: Achieve a set number of retail calls daily.
  • Product Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Gather and Report Insights: Use an iPad to gather and report field insights.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Build strong relationships with store personnel.

  • Basic Computer Skills: Use an iPad to gather and report insights.
  • Reliable Transportation: Store supplies at home and transport them in your vehicle.
