Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Warehouse Associate to join our team in Mississauga. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries, sourcing additional products, and receiving and processing orders via the counter. You will also be responsible for maintaining the showroom and counter shelves, and providing product knowledge to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Support
    • Pick, ship, and receive orders while replenishing stock levels
    • Assist with inventory management and stock control
  • Sales Support
    • Directly service customers via counter sales, confirm stock availability, and process orders and inquiries
    • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
  • Customer Service
    • Consistently achieve a high level of customer service
    • Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service
  • Brand Ambassador
    • Build brand recognition and support sales initiatives
    • Enhance customer experiences and ensure that our corporate image is reflected

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of prior counter sales/warehouse experience
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships
  • Strong electrical product knowledge
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to impart knowledge
  • Experience working in electrical/similar industry
