Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Detailing Specialist to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a key member of our top shop team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and cleanliness in our vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retrieve work orders for top shop jobs weekly and advise the service manager of any issues or concerns.
  • Order required materials to complete top shop jobs.
  • Follow management guidance on job completion for each work order type, adhering to the standard process and timeline.
  • Clean and protect vehicle interiors and exteriors, including wheels, tires, and wheel wells.
  • Ensure attention to detail when cutting material for top shop work orders.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area throughout the workday.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Previous detailing experience.
  • Valid G Driver's License and clean driving record.
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
  • Effective organization and multi-tasking skills with precise attention to detail.
