Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Detailing Specialist. As a key member of our top shop team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail in the cleaning and restoration of vehicle interiors and exteriors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retrieve work orders for top shop jobs weekly and advise the service manager of any issues or concerns with the work order content or proposed completion dates/times.
  • Order required materials to complete top shop jobs.
  • Follow management guidance on job completion for each work order type, adhering to the standard process and timeline as per the top shop list.
  • Clean, protect, and preserve vehicle interiors (carpet and upholstery, dash and console, door panels, mirrors, glove compartment) and exteriors (wheels/tires/wheel wells, lower body panels, front grill/bumper), as well as cleaning engine compartments.
  • Ensure attention to detail when cutting material for top shop work orders.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area throughout the workday, ensuring a final clean up at the end of the day.
  • Power wash the floor, as required, to reduce the appearance of dirt.
  • May be responsible for maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Work in accordance with the daily production schedule.
  • Support all team members when required.
Requirements
  • Previous detailing experience.
  • Valid G Driver's License and clean driving record.
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission.
  • Effective organization and multi-tasking skills with precise attention to detail.
