About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Solutions Specialist to join our team at Ontario Teachers Insurance Plan (OTIP). As an Integration Solutions Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining integration processes that support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integration Process Design: Design and implement integration processes that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.
  • System Integration: Integrate various systems and applications to ensure seamless data exchange and business process automation.
  • API Development: Develop and maintain APIs to support integration with external systems and applications.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with Quality Engineers to develop and perform integration tests to ensure high-quality integration solutions.
  • Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor and maintain integration processes to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Documentation and Communication: Develop and maintain technical documentation and communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful integration projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary degree or higher in engineering, computer science, or information technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 4+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role, with expertise in Azure Technologies, Agile methodologies, and cloud-based security concepts.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of cloud technology fundamentals, API-driven automated data integration, and Experience-Process-System 3-tier integration architecture.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively with technology and business partners.
