Key Responsibilities- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties efficiently.
- Order merchandise in a timely manner to meet business needs, while minimizing waste and excess inventory.
- Establish work schedules to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with frequent lifting and bending.
