About Our Company

Colas Canada, a leading provider of construction and maintenance services, is seeking a skilled Paving Crew Member to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and physically fit individual to assist our paving crew in laying down and smoothing out asphalt surfaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, hauling materials, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain asphalt equipment, including rollers and pavers
  • Haul materials and supplies to and from job sites
  • Assist in laying down and smoothing out asphalt surfaces
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to protocols and wearing personal protective equipment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements
  • Valid G/G2 driver's license and clean driving abstract
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Mechanically inclined and previous construction experience an asset
