Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll bring:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work or Counselling Psychology, and registration as an MSW RSW or RP with at least 2 years of post-licensure experience.
  • Professional liability insurance.
  • Reliable internet connection and a secure, private workspace.
  • Proficiency in delivering virtual therapy and comfort with secure telehealth platforms.
  • A commitment to cultural competence, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • A desire to make an impact and grow your caseload with a dedicated, skilled team.
  • Specialized experience (e.g., trauma, mood disorders, or relationship issues), certification in evidence-based modalities, or the ability to offer therapy in additional languages.

Estimated Salary Range: $70,000-$100,000 per annum
