mdf commerce Inc is an international team of approximately 650 experts who develop a broad set of SaaS solutions to optimize and accelerate commercial interactions of its B2B and B2G customers.

As a Delphi Developer, you will be part of our eMarketplace sector team at Carrus, responsible for delivering value to customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with peers and the product manager to meet business needs.
  • Propose innovative solutions using modern cloud concepts.
  • Design, develop, and deploy micro-services, API, and web applications.
  • Develop solutions using Delphi, programming languages, and cloud concepts.
  • Write automated tests, write infrastructure as code.
  • Participate in debugging and problem-solving.
  • Design and implement user interfaces for web applications.
  • Build and deliver quality commercial enterprise software in the Microsoft Azure cloud.
  • Perform analysis, architecture, development, and testing.
  • Understand customer needs and build technical solutions.
  • Contribute to product planning, reviews, and backlog maintenance.
  • Review and challenge product requirements.
  • Improve the development process and automate development and test operations.

Professional Background:

  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in software development or other relevant program.
  • 5 years' work experience in a similar position.
  • Mastery of the Delphi language.
  • Knowledge of unit testing, processes, and best practices.
  • Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum/DevOps environment.
  • Good knowledge of development tools and methodology.
  • Dynamic, energetic, and solution-oriented.
  • Strong interest in developing technical knowledge.
  • Good communication and listening skills, customer-oriented.
  • Excellent English and French language skills.

Assets:

  • Experience with relational databases.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of one or more WEB programming languages.
