Key Responsibilities- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials, equipment, and supplies from vehicles and storage areas.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by removing debris, rubble, and other obstacles.
- Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
- Equipment Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and repairing equipment and tools as needed.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring repetitive tasks and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced construction environment with varying weather conditions.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
