Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, training, analyzing clients' financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures, and internal control, preparing financial information for individuals, departments, or companies, and preparing financial statements and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality work and adherence to accounting standards.
  • Analyze clients' financial records to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures, and internal control.
  • Prepare financial information for individuals, departments, or companies, including financial statements and reports.
  • Recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices.
  • Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting, and internal control procedures.
  • Prepare income tax returns from accounting records.
  • Review and examine financial services and institutions to ensure compliance with governing legislation and regulation.
  • Analyze financial documents and reports to identify areas for improvement.

  • Provide financial, business, and tax advice to clients.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) certification.
  • 5 years or more of experience in the field of employment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software, including QuickBooks, Caseware/Caseview, and MS Office.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
