We are a dynamic company seeking an experienced operations manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks and projects.

Job Description

This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in administration and management. The successful candidate will have experience in arranging and co-ordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as assisting with staff consultation and grievance procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and Control Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Manage the schedules of staff members and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain Office Procedures and Routines: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure seamless operations.
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Regularly assess the performance of the team and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
