Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our culinary team at Guac Mexi Grill Innisfil as a Culinary Team Member. This is a permanent, 30-hour per week position that requires attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate special events and manage kitchen operations to ensure seamless service.
- Determine food portion sizes and costs, and requisition supplies and equipment as needed.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work area.
- Order supplies and equipment, and manage inventory to minimize waste.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Time management skills and ability to work independently.
