We are seeking a skilled and organized Culinary Team Member to join our team at Guac Mexi Grill Innisfil. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Presentation
- Prepare and cook food to order, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining inventory and ordering as needed.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, taking necessary precautions to ensure their safety.
- Kitchen Operations
- Manage kitchen operations, including cleaning and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Order supplies and equipment, ensuring the kitchen is well-stocked and equipped to meet demand.
- Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Time management and ability to work independently.
