We are seeking a seasoned data product management professional to lead our team in creating innovative and engaging experiences for gamers worldwide.

About the Role

This leadership position requires someone with extensive experience in data-driven product management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Data Product Management Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in evidence-based product management with a track record of successful product launches.
  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years in leadership product roles at Director level, including experience hiring and managing individual contributors and managers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate a clear vision, product strategy, and roadmap aligned with EA's AI business goals and corporate data strategy.
  • Foster a culture of product-first innovation and excellence, building trusted and business-focused practices within the team.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and customer needs to inform product roadmap decisions.
  • Collaborate with partners, leaders, and teams to agree on priorities and drive product execution.
  • Lead a team consisting of a product manager, data scientists, ML engineers, governance, and other data experts to achieve shared goals.
  • Establish metrics for product success and report on product performance to department leadership.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to various audiences, including senior executive presentations.
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles, particularly in data products.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated base salary range for this role is $185,300 - $278,800 USD annually, depending on location. The package includes paid time off, sick time, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan for regular full-time employees. Certain roles may be eligible for bonus and equity.
